  The strengths of CEFO are its proprietary intellectual properties in 3D culture of stem cells and culture optimization of various primary tissues.
With the combined knowledge and techniques from such diverse disciplinary fields, CEFO is able to produce innovative and competitive products.

We are currently developing the stem cell drugs, called Pan-Cell, that are germane to bone defect. In the first place, our latest drug is to treat ONFH (Osteonecrosis of the femoral head). By July 1st, 2021, we received the IND approval letter from KFDA. Further, we have, since November that year, been working on the phase 1 clinical trial. This trial is done by the use of clinical pharmaceuticals produced in our GMP system located in Gwangmyeong. We are now extending the use of Pan-cell in other orthopedic applications (spinal fusion, osteoporotic fracture). We licensed in Direct Reprogramming technology of peripheral blood cells into NK cells and we are optimizing the production process of NK cells and under pre-clinical study.
