STEMON Inc. is a specialized cell reprogramming popularization-leading company, opening up a new future using this game changer’s technology. Our mission is to chase a new health for good health and to be a leader in autologous cell therapy with Entr-based automation system.

Stemon Inc. was established in March 2018, and based on our original technologies for cell reprogramming (Entr® system) and mass production of exosome (Reprosome®) with selective specific factor (cell reprogramming factor) it has developed and produced extracellular vesicles-based therapeutics, medical devices, and dermal and hair care product.

Entr® (ultrasound-directed permeation of Environmental transition-guided cellular reprogramming), an original technology for cell reprogramming with only ultrasound and environmental factors without use of genes, unlike conventional methods. Stemon Inc. succeeded in mass production of Reprosome, various customized exosomes induced from dermal fibroblasts using the Entr® automation system, and is currently promoting the development of treatments for various intractable diseases, including immune and respiratory diseases. UltraRepro®, recently developed by Stemon Inc. Inc, is the world's first equipment for automating Entr® core technology, and suggesting alternatives to overcome a lot of problems such as the low efficiency, stability, and immune rejection of conventional cell therapies.

Our revenue generation strategy is to promote our dermal and hair care products to cosmetic surgery clinics and dermatologist, to expand overseas through various route, and also to license out with global companies. Medical device of wound dressing (for animals)

Skin regeneration exosomes induced by Entr technology contain anti-aging, anti-oxidant and skin regeneration related protein factors. Based on these exosmes, Stemon has developed medical devices of wound dressing as cream and gel formulation for human and animals, which products are ongoing in preclinical stage. Two medical devices of wound dressing for animals, plan to be registered in Dec. 2022, and we aims to sell these in 2023. Medical devices of wound dressing for human, plan to be registered in 2023.

Exosomes for research

Recently, lots of studies(over five thousands of journals a year) for disease therapy exosome have a lively discussed. Different exosomes were needed for many intractable diseases therapy. Stemon plan to provide various exosomes for research use, which are produced from total seventy-five different cells including twenty-three human cells, twenty-five human disease cell, four human stem cells, and twenty-two animal cells, and thus, to position on the best world provider of exosome for research.

Using our original technology, Entr®, customized reprosomes for skin and hair regeneration were massively produced from human dermal fibroblast. Reprosome raw material has provided to domestic and foreign companies handling cosmetics and beauty products as B2B. Besides, using induced customized reprosomes, three ampule products as our own brand of reprosome A-27 for sensitive skin, D-27 for skin restoration, and H-27 of hair regeneration are provided to hospitals since Nov. 2020.

Reprosome therapeutics

Reprosome therapeutics for atopic dermatitis is ongoing in preclinical stage and plan to be entered clinic I in 2023. Using hepatocyte differentiation medium-based Entr-derived reprosomes, we had observed preclinical data for liver cirrhosis model, thus we plan to coplemte safety studies in 2023 and aim to enter clinic I in 2024. 
Using Lung cell differentiation medium-induced Entr-based reprosomes, we are ongoing in  preclinical studies for pulmonary fibrosis model, thus we plan to coplemte safety studies in 2023 and aim to enter clinic I in 2024. 
  Especially, we are preparing for an emergency approval of next pandemic virus therapeutics in keeping with periodical appearance of pandemic respiratory virus through clinical stage enterance of reprosome therapeutics for liver cirrhosis and pulmonary fibrosis.
